Here’s How I Stay Grounded (Most Days). Life gets busy. But I’ve found that small, intentional rituals make all the difference - for my skin andmy nervous system.

Here are a few things that help me stay balanced lately:

  • A slow, evening cleanse to remove the stress of the day
  • Booking a spa treatment (yes, even I need one!)
